I've had mine for 5 years now, no complaints. It didn't take me long to figure out I needed one. You can't put anything in the bed and not have it sliding all over the place. One of the best investments for these trucks.

    No kidding right??

I've got a bed cover on mine and every time I put something in the back, by the time I got to where I was going I would have to crawl up to the front. I think either of these mats are fine. The OEM does look nice but mine is covered up so it wouldn't matter to me.

I did the same thing on mine - I think I caught them on sale for even less.

The only problem is that they are heavy as hell, but they will definitely protect the bed if you drop something heavy on them.

    oh nice!

Yeah it is heavy as hell even when it’s cut to fit the 5’ bed. Took me and dad both to put it in easily. i have done it my self, but they way it bends and flexes(since its rubber and not like wood or something) it makes it harder.

also i did notice that the rear end does not want to slid out on wet roads as easy, and also not spin from a stop in rain as easy.

I wonder what the weight is. I've got a 6' bed and l barely could get it in alone. I'm not a big guy (plus I'm old), so it was a battle. Like you said, the bending doesn't help things.

Just looked it up - 100#

I have thought about it, and estimate mine to be around 90 or 100 pounds. + about 10 or 15 for the 1’x4’ i cut off that you would/did not cut off.
yeah i’m a small guy as well at like 5’8” and around 123.

The bending is the worst part. I have moved 2 or 3 4x8 sheets of ply wood at the same time easier then it is to move that bed mat.

i only move it ever 2 or 3 months and wash the dirt and stuff that kinda gets under it.

Damn I had no idea it weighed THAT much!

Yes, +1 for the awkwardness of the bending. They should make like a 10' bed and make that a strongman competition to put on the bed mat lol.

I have the OEM mat and I love mine! Yes it saves from scratches and things like that but wont keep the plastic bed perfect cause rocks and debris will still get under it. I always pack my dirt bike, riding gear and tools when I go to the tracks and it helps out a bunch from things sliding around. Def worth the investment I think. ;)
