I get a rubbing noise since alignment after adding 265/75/16 Toyo's on windy days or when I get to 75 mph on interstate. I have looked at fender wells and on tires but don't see any rub marks. Everything is stock and truck has about 90,000 miles. Have only heard once from passenger side and that was driving into 40MPH winds.

I once had the wheel well plastic on my old Hyundai come unclipped when I was driving against high wind. It got pushed against my tire.

Even at 45 MPH, it sounded pretty bad and made me immediately pull over.

    Is it that?

If not, what does the rubbing sound like?

Could be the door seals. Mine howls on the passenger side in those conditions.

That is exactly what it sounds like is wheel well is getting pushed against tire but it does not seem to be loose anywhere on the drivers side.

Mudflap?? I just had one crack and 50 mph gusts, while sitting at a light, made knocking sounds. Would rub when moving.

I removed the mini-flaps on the front. Will check rear ones this afternoon.

You might want to state the truck info and what the alignment numbers are and if you have done any mods or not for further assistance.
