2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4

I just peeked under my TRD sport 4x4 and I noticed these rub marks on the lower arms. Could this be a result of the 3/2 spacer lift that’s on my truck?

it’s got stock wheels, stock tire size but it does have a front diff drop.
