I am looking to buy a set of BFG AT, size 265/70/17, on the XD series Revolvers. I just talked to a guy a discount tire who has a 2009 tacoma with the same tire and rim setup and said that they rub and had to do mods such as trimming and/or lifting. Does anyone have these tires and rims, or simmillar, and if so do they rub? Thanks

depends on the BS of the wheel. If its close to OEM, you shouldnt have much rubbing at all.

Yeah the wheels that I am looking at are 9 inches wide...How big of spacers do you think?

    wat?
the tires shouldnt rub in that size on an 8" rim....but the 9" rim is probably whats causing it.

Do you have any rubbing issues on your truck since I think you have just about the same tire size?

Also, does anybody have BFG AT's in 265/70/17 with a 9 inch wide rim? If so, have you experienced any rubbing?
