New 2019 Off Road sounds hard working and RUFF!! When climbing hills in automatic regular drive 2w. Is this normal and will this disappear when broken in??

It's hard to diagnose sounds (ruff) over the net, but the engine does need to rev high to get it's power, just the way it was designed, so it does buzz a bit. If you lifted and increased tire size and weight, without re gearing, that'll add to it.
