    Well I thought about it last night... only thing I can figure is ice. Somehow ice+mud got between the riveted frame and it separated it. I cant think of anything else that would cause that


    Wonder if I should sell this thing before it falls apart :(

    Havnt heard a thing from Toyota. They were supposed to contact me by today. On the fence between trying to salvage/stop the rust(por15 or rustbullet) or just sell it and move on. Not sure if I can stop the rust between the sandwiched steel. Crawled around some more lastnight and checked above the spare and gas tank... what a rusty nightmare :(
