Firstly, he's obviously a little "slow" because he's writing every Ford F150 off as a "horrible, shit quality nightmare," including yours RT which he's only experienced through internet pictures. He also eludes to this at the end when he says he "thought it was time to grow up" by getting a larger truck, which was a "mistake."

2 things there, first a suspicion that he's immature to the point that he thinks the size of his truck increasing will make him look and feel to be smarter than he really is, and secondly a confirmation of that by his ending result being back in the smaller, less mature vehicle he tried to rise above in the first place. Obviously he can't handle maturity.

Jack's too short  They seem to work fine though... they are slick as shit the jack was sliding all over the place.

Ford service at least tries things without just trying to discredit an issue. they did my add a leaf and warranty to work they did, had a vibe die to pinion angle on he short reg cab and guess who shimmed and fixed it (disnt get it right the 1st time but they got it ue next..) they also recalibrated he speedo to their closest tire size to the 33's they included with my truck at purchase, tech plugged in with me sitting there and no charge. So id say pretty good. Drove my truck well beyond the arctic circle and never had a problem.

Those skids sure are well done!

Looks good man! Never been a fan of the chrome tails on the F-150's.... love the dark ones.

I've been toying with the idea of buying either a Tundra or a FX4 F-150.... How are you liking the Ford?? Anything you'd change about it?

I like it. So far the only thing I wish they did was coat some random partsfrom the factoy. Letting them rust on purpose is kind of lame and looks like shit in my opnion. Spindles, cv ends, bell housing plate, trans and engine mounts

I was wondering about that. Allowing them to rust out like that seems like a lame oversight. Otherwise...very nice truck. If I were to get a full size, I'd go Ford over a Chev or tranny blowing Dodge. Right now, I'm too cheap and I like going 70 down the highway without getting a tight sphincter watching my gas gauge. :D

Im not 100% on why they do, it may be that its hardened steel and once it gets that outer layer of rust its sealed and wont rust any further. You dont see them, even the old ones on the sides of the road with rusted out spindles. Kind of like those steel power poles covered in rust.

Got it a little muddy crossing those ditches the people dug at the property. Got out with the maxtrax... very impressed with them.
