I think rocks that hit the deflector DON’T roll off it and hit the windshield. I don’t think it would discourage direct hits but yeah. No chips on the front lip of the hood is a good thing.

 

That is what bugs me the most about the 2024s. The headlight/fake intake and the way it folds into the bumper (or doesn't) is just way too busy and overdone. Toyota had every opportunity to create a new, fresh look that was unique to Tacoma, but they lazily ripped off the Tundra styling and called it a day. I understand having common "corporate" design elements that are shared by all vehicles, but that was a complete fail in my book.

The "tacked-on" appearance of the rear bumper is another fail. How difficult was it to make the rear bumper look like it was part of the original outline, rather than something found on the side of the road and slapped on at the last minute?

 

I am convinced the number of blingy/woke stickers on a vehicle is directly proportional to the driver's mental instability.

 

Now that's what I call bumper sticker pollution. Looks like a Subaru in Tahoe.

 

Love Thanos truck lol, never noticed the headers glued to the door though!
