So sometimes when I hit my gas hard from a dead stop I hear a rumbling noise and feel a vibration on my left foot. Recently I have wrapped both my catalytic converters with 1/4” stainless cables for theft deterrent and I dont think its them. Also I just checked my transmission oil recently and went through the procedure correctly. Any ideas what could make that noise? My trans is not slipping that I can tell.

Check your drive shaft for play. Grab it and see if it will move back and forth. Might have a bad u joint.

check CV on the drivers side for play as well as the wheel bearing. Though just because you feel it on the drivers side doesn't mean that's where the problem is, rumbling noises like this can reverberate throughout the cab and make it tricky to diagnose.
