Mad Hornets has an offering. Don't have a dog in the fight, just happened to notice them when I got my grill.

Installed mine on the oem trd pro grille about couple of weeks ago. All three had a perfect fit. The other one was kind of a tight fit compared to the others. But it did not scratch the grille though. Happy camper here.

I am just kind of worried about the fuse tap because it wants you to tap the headlight fuse. The fuse is 10 amps for that circuit and the fuse for the grille lights is 15 amps. I have seen videos of fuse taps and it recommends same fuse rating or lower than the circuit you are tapping into.

In other words the fuse for the grille should not be greater than 10 amps. Other than that, the smoked white grille lights looks awesome!

Had to take dremil to mine. Just a hair off one side and they fit nice and tight into my taco garage grill

Realistically though the 10a will protect it all so if anything happens it'll blow before the 15amp. How much power does the grill light require? 15a seems high

I agree 15 amps is high for the grille lights. Don’t know how much power it draws. Hoping somebody knows so I can change the fuse to a lower amp rating.

Do these put out any real light output or are they mostly for visual appearance/style?

So I swapped out my amber raptor lights for the smoked amber ones. Love the stealth look. The light output on the smoked ones is a little bit more subdued which I like. Some before and after pics below.

Looks great, any issues with fit? I'm about to pull the trigger on the smoked white lights

They fit great. If you do the 4-light orientation like I did they just pop right in without any modification.

Well... This kinda sucks.... I have had these lights installed for about 10 months... and they have all failed on me. Kiiiiinda sucks. Being winter, it really hasnt rained much or anything, and I have yet to get a car wash. I really have no idea how the moisture got in there.

Have you reached out to them? From my understanding they are pretty good covering their products.

I have not, yet. I reached out to them months ago because I had condensation buildup in one of the lights. They replaced it, at no charge. Well, now all 4 have condensation. I am wondering what they may think.

But I will contact them with these photos. While replacing them with new ones would be nice, I also worry that its just going to happen again. So I may also research other makers of these lights to see if the same problem exists, or has been fixed....

I have seen some guys putting a bead of silicone around the seam to prevent the moisture, not sure if that helped them or not, but they can chime in if so

For what we’re paying we shouldn’t have to do any of that! At least they fit in your grille. Had to return mine because they didn’t even fit in my OEM grille.
