    you have the oval tube bars which are the cheapest option. The ones OP posted are heavy, OEM aluminum running boards. Much better for multiple reasons, but if off roading a solid set of sliders would be more appropriate

    Where exactly on the underside are they located? If there's more than one spot, chances are that it's for an added hoop step. Just a guess, because these remind me of the RB series and those have a hoop step that can mount to the underside at the front and rear door.
