Running boards bolts

I bought used running boards from Facebook but they did not come with bolts and washers. Is it something I can buy from Homedepot? Do I need a certain type?

I know I need the following for my 2021 double cab TRD OR.

8-1.25mm x 30mm Hex Bolts
8x - 8mm Lock Washers
8mm Plate Washers
