My beloved 2010 double cab long bed was murdered in April by an idiot who hit me head on coming around a curve in my lane. I am now (as of yesterday) the owner of a beautiful 2014 DCLB in Spruce Mica. The new one does not have running boards, which I need to get into the truck (I'm 5'4"). I'm attaching a photo of the one I lost -- can anyone identify the make of the running boards? I've read a lot of posts about boards vs. nerfs but I'm more confused than ever. I need something that will also allow me to access the roof and, hopefully, the back of the bed. Maybe wheel-to-wheel boards? Not overly expensive. Thanks!

Have a look in the market place here. Lots of options from predator steps, nerd bars, running boats (all 3 of these mount under the rocker panel) also can have longer brackets to allow them to sit lower and easier to access) and sliders (these mount to the frame)

Thanks for the reply, JaCado. I have been looking at the marketplace but it is overwhelming. I was hoping someone would recognize my old ones -- I can't find a match on-line (they were on the truck when I bought it three years ago). Otherwise, I was hoping another height challenged individual could give me a suggestion that worked for her.

I have some takeoffs from my DCLB. Not sure what who made them. They look descent but not flashy and are in good shape, hardware included. They Bolt on to the frame. Been trying to sell them for months. Shipping would probably make them not worth buying, but if your close to SE Michigan name you price.

Yeah, I can’t say those are the best choices. lol
I’m giving you a hard time man. We know what you mean.

Any ways, I have the OEM Boards.
My mother is 5’4, she uses them on the occasions that she rides in my truck.
I’m 5’8, I never use them to get in the truck.
I only use them to access the top of the truck. (When I wash it)

Would it be possible to get the ones off of your old truck? This is what I have on my truck and my wife has no trouble getting in and out. They are made by N-Fab.

I have sliders with fill in plates. My mom is 5’2” and uses them to get in. I had nerf bars on before, but these are much more sturdy and actually serve a purpose. I’m 5’7 and actually use them to stand on when washing the truck.

ps spruce mica is a gorgeous color

I like that it has a better stepping platform because she is also clumsy and would manage to hurt herself

I'm selling a set of my OEM Tube steps for $100 if you're local, shipping would prob kill the value vs buying new. I'm located in southern california.

    they look like these

I live in southern Virginia, so CA and MI are no goes -- thanks for the offers! The old Tacoma is gone, taken by the insurance company. The driver side was destroyed, so I couldn't have salvaged the board. I looked at the Westin WES-27-6135&WES-27-1615 -- it seems similar to my old ones but at $500 it's a little steep. The Podium is cool but I need to be able to "travel" from one end to the other to access the roof. Is anyone familiar with the ABS 5" Black wheel-to-wheel IBoards at Runningboard Warehouse?

I bot a 2013 access cab and put Westins on. Mine look like yours from photos. I do not have the model number, on 8/15/13 my boards were $225, mount kit $100, labor $50, plus tax for total $395.61....., so they have gone up $100 in 7 years.....love mine, look as good as day installed, have never got torn loose with lite off road and stock suspension.......yes kinda pricey but were they included in insurance settlement? At 77 I feel better with boards rather than narrower tubes that I could possibly get my foot tangled.
