Front: 2.5 Fox w/ DSC 8-inch coil over
    Camburg 1.25 UCA
Total chaos spindle gusset w/ sway bar mount
stock tacoma lowers w/ RCI skid plates
    CMC

Rear: 2.5 Fox rear res w/DSC

    Timbrens active bumpstops

Hey guys, been running the Camburg 1.25 uniball performance UCAs for awhile, using the stock tacoma Lowers which has been a phenomenal set up for my needs, however want to get set up for adding bypass, and hydro bumpstops in the future (eventually going full long travel).

I have saved enough to change out the stock lower, but not a big fan of the camburg LCA design/alignment/issues and more use of uni-ball joints.

The Dirt King performance lower control arms, look more appealing in all aspects (moog-joints, $$$, a lil bit more ground clearance.

However I am not sure if mixing brands uppers and lowers is generally a safe/practical idea, I.e. running Camburg uppers with Dirt King lowers, thoughts?

Help a friend out, thanks much !

In my opinion, you’re overthinking it if you’re concerned about safety by not matching brands, you’ve already got Tital chaos in the mix. Why not go upper and lower Total chaos?

Just wondering, if it is common practice to be mismatching different brands of suspension kits, does it matter????

I guess what I'm trying to say is not safety, but will I be running into technical issues if I use different brand UCAs and LCAs together?
