Running lights/tails don't work???

So I was trying to wire these halos into my running lights, checked them on the battery and they worked, but when I checked on the running lights they didn't work, and now the running lights and tail lights don't work, so I thought maybe I blew the fuse and I checked and it wasn't blown? So what could be the problem??????

I'm having a similar problem... but I put in some Orange LED bulbs. It blew my relay flasher, but replaced it and everything. Now, I'm left wit no tail lights and no daytime running lights. Any advice??
