Alright, 2004 Tacoma 3.4l. Changed the valve cover gaskets and a day later I get a P0302 code. I've changed fuel injector, plugs, coil pack, plug wires, cleaned maf sensor as well as throttle body. I've noticed an electrical hum coming from the lower part of my throttle body. I don't know if it's always done that or if it just started it. Ideas on why it would do that? Did a compression test on all cylinders. All but 1 was at 180 +/- 5psi. I had one at 170 but it's not the cylinder that's missing. What's next I the list? Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated..

Did you clear the code and it came back?

Yes, cleared it and disconnected the battery leads for a few minutes. Sitting at idle it's fine, a very hesitant stutter every now and then. But when it's under a load the whole truck rattles

These were all new parts you swapped in??

Since things got moved around look for loose connections

Bent pins on plugs only takes one

Usually if something like this happens you have damaged an injector plug, wire or something.

what upper and lower manifold gaskets did you use? did you reuse the gaskets? The factory metal ones in my opinion are the only ones to use. I have seen aftermarket fibre gaskets suck through and cause this problem.

It was a new plug, injector and coil pack. And I even swapped packs around on the engine just to make sure

Yes, checked them and they were still in good shape. I did check for a intake leak by spraying carb cleaner around it while it was running.
