running rough and multiple warning lights on

    2011 Tacoma TRD 400,000 miles
    ABS, parking brake, stability control, and check engine light on. Idle RPM about 750 without AC on, jumps a little higher with AC. Very rough running and acceleration.
    Any suggestions I can do in my garage?
    2011 TRD Off Road.
    My baby is running rough and only has 421,000 miles.
