It may sound like an over kill, but I will be running two 50" GG lighting bars and wanted to get some feed back by you guys. They push out about 112 amps combined, will this put to much strain on the alternator? I do not have anything aftermarket electrical installed at the moment but plan on throwing two 10" subs in the near future, two pods and a 30" bar just to brighten up the midnight sky in Mohave.

I don't know for sure about the alternator, but I would bet the LED's aren't going to push it too hard. The subs might tho.....

I have a suggestion for you. Get the pods first and see how much light they put out and then decide if you need 2 50 inch bars and a 30 inch. Seems like over-overkill to me, but I'll be the first to say I don't know everything.

I already have the 50s, the only reason I got them was because I got hooked up on the price

Just for looks of course! Just kidding, double stack above the windshield. My truck is going to built as a pre runner style, TC LT and deavers, hauling ass in the desert!
