Rust already along frame and component welds on new truck?

    LCA rust is normal. Frankly, they can go a long time being rusted before they rot out. But most likely your bushings will be bad before it gets to that point. As long as your frame and body isn’t rusting everything else is replaceable

    Op, I understand you have a new truck and want it to stay nice, but just enjoy it and take care of it. You bought it to enjoy right? If not put it in the garage in a bubble and stare at it. Your truck will be fine if you take care of it. Wash, wax, clean it underneath. I am OCD as well and very picky about my vehicles. You should have seen me freak out the other day when I realized a mouse had been in my cabin air filter!:eek:. Much worse than what you got going on with the undercarriage. Drive and enjoy Matt, it will be ALL GOOD!!:thumbsup:
