Rust Fix on long term backorder

Took my '11 in for rust recall inspection. Was told that truck did not need new frame, but anti-rust goop would need to be applied. Service writer said that goop is on long back order. Toyota central lets them order 15 units per week, but only supplies 6. This mean that each week 9 goop jobs are delayed (and this is just for my local dealer). He had no idea how long (other than "quite a while") it would be before Toyota either catches up to the demand, or my place in line finally is first.
