    I'm in VA too. We're near Richmond. Where are you and what's the name of the shop that will weld plate on your frame? My son had a perfect 2000 Ex Cab that the frame looked fine until a shock mount let go. It was a week before he had to go 200 miles to college so I gave him my 2000 4Runner and sold his. My younger son now has a nice 1998 Ex Cab. The frame is great so far. I got those Safe T Caps for the 2000 but got rid of the truck. I guess I'll hoard them until my younger son needs them.
