Just jack up both the front and rear of the truck, put it on a set of stands, remove the wheels...use a tarp to protect the driveway or floor. Get yourself a protective hazmat type suit, mask, and googles and have at it. I didn't wear a mask but goggles are recommended.

I was gonna recommend skunk oil. It may not do as well of a job with the rust prevention but it will keep anyone from stealing your catalytic converter.

This dealership quoted 750 for corrosion free application its similar to krown types and called around and little business with great reviews 160. Dealership are by far the worst of the worst

My boat motor has a zinc sacrificial anode to attract galvanic corrosion that would otherwise find its way into the motor when immersed in water. I wonder if this concept could be adapted for vehicles?

$2k ...no way !, I'm north of the wall (maybe you are too) but no buddy...Fluid Film does a good job. There's Cosmoline and other good products out there but for the love of God do not pay 2k for rustproof job!

Yeah, same with my outboard. Works well for salt water. These trucks have steel undercarriages, the outboards are cast aluminum, and plastic mostly....maybe the reason zinc works well.
