being you have a 2012 you have time... don't let them push you into some BS undercoating, I have a '09 DCSB and at 210,000 miles I knocked a hole through just in front of the front cross member using a tac hammer... 3 months later (3/5/21) I have a new frame... what they don't tell you is they replace a lot of other things along with the frame.. new brake lines, new LCA's... you do that BS undercoating you loose all of that... just make sure you know your live date so you know the expiration of the frame TSB / frame TSB Extension (there is an extension if you didn't know that).. the Extension is what saved my ass, prior to that coming out I had the stealership I bought it from deny both the frowning Leaf springs and rusting frame. Good luck

To be honest. I don’t remeber. There was definatly corrosion around all the welds and cross members. Hole that helps

Yeah, but mine would probably still pass. And I’m over 2 years past the 12 years. (My truck will be 15 years old soon)

I live in the South, my truck was bought in the south, and has never left the south.

I agree though, wait until the last moth.

    No problem.
Just curious because this is where I see it first.
And we don’t see a lot of rust down here in Tn.
