Rusted Frame

Hi All, I have two issues: 1. My CEL came on, showing a code of LO500 (wheel speed sensor bad). So I had it checked and all the sensors are good, now my CC isn't working all the time. 2. While having the ECL checked I got the bad news that my frame is rusting out and was told my Toyota that the warranty had run out Jan. 31 2019. It was check in 2016 and nothing was wrong then. Is there hope that they will replace it?
