Rusted Ground Strap

2006 Toyota Tacoma TRD

2006 Tacoma TRD. The ground strap located below the drivers door that goes from the frame to wire harness 82164-04A30 is rusted badly. It is bolted to the frame but it connects to the harness via insertion into a plastic clip. Would any one know the part number for this ground strap.
