Hey guys. I have had an All pro bumper on my 2009 for two years now that was powder coated a few days after I received the bumper. After two winters and some off road use I'm starting to notice areas where the powder coating is flaking off or rust is coming through. How have folks here handled it? Get it re-coated, hit with some spray paint, etc. I already spoke with the powder coater and they aren't going to do anything due to the time that has passed which is understandable.

    Thanks for any advice!

    Just a couple things
Take a wire brush to it. Bust the rust off and repaint it. Get a matte paint or a bed liner type stuff that will match up with the powder coating.

My pack rack looks the same. Although I didn't have it powder-coated. I used Rustoleum Red Oxide primer and Matte Black paint. In the past I've done what lobsterbait said. Just use a wire brush to clean it up a bit and spray over. I've been wanting to get a quote to have it Line-x'd but haven't gotten around to it.

The emblem cut into the steel is cool and all but to be honest I'd just prefer a sticker. Very hard to coat that area properly.
