I have an ‘08 double cab log bed 4wd with 209k miles on it. No rust on the body at all and it runs like a top. The frame will not pass Pa. State inspection. I realize the warranty period is over and I ran the VIN 3 years ago when we bought the truck and the VIN didn’t fall within the warranty recall. Fast forward to now and here we are. Did anyone get any help from Toyota after the fact?

Don’t know how bad it is, but have the frame looked at and weld up some patches at best

Either try to patch it up or try to sell it to a salvage yard

I sent a message to Toyota customer service asking if my '08, which had been approved for a frame replacement several years ago (before I bought it), if it would still be covered. They said no, twelve years from in-service date was the cutoff.
I'd patch it up as best you can and oil it to prevent further rusting. The frames are stronger than you might think, as long as you are not hauling much weight it's not likely to fall apart, in my opinion. You should see my Ford. :)
(disclaimer: I do not advocate driving unsafe or excessively rusty vehicles, use my opinion at your own risk).
