I'm thinking about taking apart my RX350 projectors from Lightwerkz to paint the cut off shield and the rim around the lenses. Is this going to affect anything like the tuning? Anything I should look out for? Thanks

The top edge of the cutoff shield is sensitive to any changes so paint near the top can effect the color band.
