    Thanks guys, yeah the plate was designed using EASYCAD and then later cut on a cnc. I have the files still if you ever want them. As far as the kings, they ride pretty nice, to get a 3in lift i had to tighten the coils a few turns so that stiffened up the ride but nothing to complain about. Does anyone know if the kings ever need to be serviced?

    I am impressed with your homemade Tacoma bed racks for your snowbaord. How did you make the brackets that screw into the tie downs? I imagine I could utilize any cross bar for a Thule rack system. Any interest in making and selling me a set of those brackets?

    I agree the rack is sick!! I need something to attach my Thule box so I can lock my skis up. Any chance you'd make up a few more and part with them for a fee??!!...

    Is that shallow unistrut used for the cross bar??
    How did you make the brackets attached to the tie-down cleats??
