Got my turn signals, horn, and plate light to install first...just wanting to eliminate things the cops can pick at when I get pulled over.

Didn’t want to drill plastic in case plate size changes if I end up being able to switch it to an SC plate and they give me a full-size one so I made some unused bar clamps work.

Plano Field Box (plastic ammo can) fits perfectly in this spot and makes this wasted space usable! I permanently mounted it here and moved all the recovery gear to it for quick access. If I didn’t have one of the three snorkel tubes coming up in that space on the other side, I would’ve put another one on the opposite side.

Good to hear they’re somewhat waterproof. They have a seal on the lid so really it’d be good enough to just keep as much dust, dirt, and mud out as possible.

Extended fender flares installed. Will be nice to keep mud and everything else out of the cab.

You didn't mention the year of your RZR, I have a '17 RZR 1000 LE Rock Crawler edition. Take a look at the trailing arm on the left rear tire of your rig, at the start of the arm and where the body is closest to it you will see an electrical connector that has no protection from dirt, rocks, mud, water... I took a piece of 1/8" plastic about 6" wide x 8" tall, measured the location of the holes on the front of the rear fender, drilled the plastic piece, took the fasteners out of the fender, slid the plastic piece in place between the body and the fender and reinstalled the fasteners. It doesn't cover the connector but at least it slows the rocks and mud from directly hitting it.

That’s the voltage regulator...it is crazy how “out in the open” they are with the wires hanging out like that. I’ve got a spare regulator but protecting that area on both sides as well as the front is on my short list.

Mine is a 2015 HighLifter. @OCD 08 has the Rock & Trail edition like yours in his sights. Essentially has everything I’ve been doing to this HL straight from the factory. Nice machines for sure!

@OCD 08 put together a video that documents the first shakedown run at Battery Park before any mods then the second shakedown afterwards. Thanks Jeff!
