Also, how bad does dust come in the bed? Wait, do you have any dust in Oregon?

Moon dust is what Central Oregon is infamous for, I do get some dust in the bed but not too much. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be shipping, it's more worth it for me to wait for something local. Sorry about that

I'm interested in this setup. I live in Roseburg... just over the hill. How difficult is it to remove and install? Can it be done by one person if so how long does it take?

    I wish but unfortunately not.

As of right now, both items are spoken for but deal won't happen until the 1st. You'll have to be second in line if things change and you're still interested. I'll keep the thread updated.

The only thing that is a pain doing solo is taking off the rack, it's heavy but can be done. Softopper is installed second and comes off first, takes maybe 10 minutes to get the topper and rails off. Both pieces are held on by by 4 bolts each so all in all it shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to remove the entire setup and a bit longer to install.

Nice set up! Thinking of doing the same myself. However, on the website for Allprooffroad they say specifically that it does not fit with a softopper or a bestop. Did you have to do some mods to make it fit? Thanks!

No modifications, when I called in the order they knew what I was talking about. More info on them here - https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...urself-pack-rack-softopper-compatible.455712/

FYI I called them to a few weeks back looking for the same thing. Turns out the company has been sold and the new owners aren't customizing the rack anymore to fit snug around a softtopper.

Not surprised, I heard they sold to Trail Gear. All Pro dug their own grave here on TW.

They did say they might be open to it in the future, but for now it wasn't an option. I gave my money to Dissent Off Road instead. More expensive but much lighter since it's aluminum.

SOS Offroad Concepts also makes one. *And I can speak to Eddy's craftsmanship. I have their sliders on my truck and the welds are perfect.
