where were you when I ran my 2 group buys? :boink: I might run another one since there seems to be a little more interest. But most of the time, the vendors want a minimum of 20 people. That can be hard to get

The only reason I dislike switch pro is because they refuse to have any discounts or group buys.

On the other hand, spod is already expensive as shit, so the discount still makes it more expensive than switch pro :notsure:

So if you run relays, all you need is small wire running into the cab for the switches to control. I think I used 22 gauge multiconductor for the relays and a pair of 16 guage for my USB charger. All of this runs out the factory grommet then into my bed storage box where the other stuff is. Actually you'd never know any of it is there because my switch harnesses are loomed and have connectors on them.

So I have aux spot lights up front and reverse lights out back. I run those on a 3 way switch so each is activated when I put my high beams on or go into Reverse as I hate having to press a button while driving. I want my lights to come on automatically.

Then if you push the 3 way button to the middle position, it disables the lighting circuit. Go to the last position and it manually turns the light circuit on no matter what. So just parked not running I can flip my reverse lights on for some ambient light working out back.

    No bluetooth though...

when I bought mine it was before the Bantam. But you can still get the previous ones. 6 switches for $350, 8 switch touch screen or HD panel for $750. Bantam is more, but I dont see a difference. Plus 20% off? not that horrible considering...

And to never have to read @Slum Lord wiring diagram.. priceless

Well I guess if you can't read a factory diagram as complicated as the dome light or turn signal I guess you should spend half a grand on a switch system...

Yes. I mean, if I run another group buy it can be 20% off anything that spod sells.. I have the 8 switch HD panel, I had a touch screen, and I also had the 6 switch one haha. The touch screen and the HD panel are interchangeable. And if you really wanted to, you could run 2. I believe the HD panel is weatherproof, so you could mount it in your bed.

That's cool, guys like me take your money to do so. I'm just saying that $500 can literally buy you a system with more functionality (minus bluetooth ) and could put a deep cycle load battery in for the same money with some sweat and wire crimping.

Unless you are engaging a relay, the Spod is not meant for you as it does have Amp limitations per circuit. It worked great in our application per our current and future needs with one breaching of the firewall that will cover a number of add-ons. Breaching the firewall is a pain in the butt to have to do repeatedly. It sounds as if you are set anyways.
