    thanks BTW.. my father wasn't around.. not that is was a bad thing.. He was basically a Lt Col. in the air force and flew the K-135... he was in SAC(strategic air command)... so he is pretty bad ass.... and i understood.. started karate in 86 with my mom and older brother.. its in my blood.. Dave just happen to be a great father figure... trust me i didn't get in a lot of trouble.. all my mom had to say.. "want me to call Mr. Kovar?!?" :quickdraw: no thankyou

    so at the end of the day.. i think you get it...

    Truth

    If people would merely change their diet they would lose weight.
    I stopped drinking sweet tea (I was consuming ~1 gallon a day, which was almost a full cup of sugar), stopped drinking sodas, ate smaller portions, and I lost 40 lbs in 4 months, I'm approaching 7 months since my lifestyle change and between my personal trainer and eating habits I've lost almost 70 lbs.

    i love not carrying my phone around.. i dont even know my number... lol.. it sits in daisy center console 90% of the time... only reason i have it there is because my wife wants me to have it for 911 reasons only.. no more facebook... never really got into any of the other ones..

    i challenge you not to carry your phone for a week and watch how the world acts around you... there is nothing social about facebook, or any other social media sites..
    TW, I8mud, and expo forum... the only thing i do on the interweb now..
