new to the thread, knew there was a sac thread on here somewhere lol. just got my first truck and am pretty stoked, was wondering where some good spots are to go drive around. i remember some stuff out near cisco grove, literally just off that exit. also out in colfax on a little sketchy road to the river. where are your go to spots for some mellow off roading? gotta learn lol

On the way to Fordyce, you pass a few campgrounds that are right on the water. Some idiots left their campfire raging, trash everywhere, and literal shit and toilet paper on the ground right in the campsite. I put the fire out, but some other poor unfortunate soul had to clean up the rest. Unfortunately, the dumb ones are going to shut these places down for the rest of us.

Taco (@jAndyMendo 's dog) dug up Eric's excrement on the BCDT trip. Apparently Mountain House camp food makes your shit delicious. @t4r4life

@jAndyMendo told the story when we were camping out at Scotts lake. He was still having a hard time looking his dog in the face.

I'm a tweener- 1 hour to San Mateo (my hometown) and one hour to Sacramento. Actually 45 minutes to Santa Rosa, so maybe I should be in the northbay thread (assuming they would have me).

If you crapamento, Taco would probably eat that too... the freshmaker?

One hour from Benicia to San Mateo? Yeah, at like 3am... If that was the case then I would probably be visiting my pops a bit more often. Every time I head to Benicia(no matter what day/time) i usually arrive around an hour and twenty minutes. You must drive faster than me... and be able to phase shift through the traffic.

Definitely not during commute hours. Usually on weekends- my sister & family still live there. Took us 1.5 hours last Sunday, but we had 2 potty stops and the 3 year old threw up. Usually drive about 70-75 mph. 1 hour & 5 minutes back since the kids were asleep. 92 > 880 > 238 > 580 > 13 > 24 > 680 > 780. Going through the city is usually faster at night, but we were concerned with Outsidelands traffic.

Hey Guys, I recently moved to Midtown Sac from SoCal. I drive a 5th gen 4runner, but since T4R.org doesn't have a Sacramento section i figured i'd post here. I'm always down to join if there's ever any meets or trail runs!

I've seen some really sick tacoma builds around town since I've been living here!
