I'm a maybe right now. I have a project design report due on the 12th by 5pm. If I'm doing good on time and have free time then I might come. I wouldn't need any mods done but would be there to help and bs.

885 OME lift with dakars. CRL fog lights
    Hi,
new to the forum, I would need help to install a lift kit. I have no tools or knowledge but willing to help out as much as possible. I haven't decided on the extract lift kit yet.. But I like the 2 options headstrong off road offers. Any opinions on lift kits would be welcomed also.

    Thanks

Your more than welcome to give it a try here. I haven't really looked at the lay out on the suspension on the Tacos, can't be that difficult from my perspective. But, as far as type of lift, you might want to consult others or do a search, post up for what your looking for/needs.

    I'm on a 4runner.

If whatever kit your going to buy, get the springs mounted to the struts (if not already done) before the 9th. This will make the installation a lot easier.

This is true but also if you can't get the struts together then its still not hard to do. I have a set off the cheap sketchy compressors and I also installed mine with the "jack up the LCA" method so either way you can get that lift installed

Do you know what lift you are going with?

are you planning on installing a level lift or a complete front and rear?
what is your end results that your looking to gain in height?
if it was me i would go with a new leaf pack in the rear and in the front if your going low budget go with 5100's and the new longer ebaich springs from toytec. like stated above get them assemble before the install it will make it a breeze to install. if your really on a budget it can be done like said above. if money is no object go with icon, fox or king coil-overs up front.

It's still a possibility. I haven't heard of any plans the woman has made.

probably like 450 - 400 bucks. Front and rear, front already has the 885 coils on and set at 2.5 inch lift. So just pop them in and go, only thing not included is a leaf pack.
