When my sister came out from CA to visit us at Christmas last year, we wanted to go visit a "local" distillery. Closest one we could find was up in Lexington. I forget it's name... so we drove up there. It turned out to be right smack in da middle of the sketchiest, hoodiest, ghettoiest part of Lexington. We didn't even go in, we just turned around and drove back home, had dinner at Cracker Barrel. Having one this close will be awesome!

    I can appreciate that.

Back around July of 2002, I went shopping at the Costco on Sunrise Blvd (this was before they built the one in Folsom). It was blazing-ass hot. I would usually get their hot dog/polish sausage & coke combo for $1.50. I often put sauerkraut on the dog. Well..... back then, that Costo had their food court condiment station *outside* the store. In the heat.

By that night, I was so sick... I was blowing chunks for 2 or 3 days. I have always believed I got food poisoning from the sauerkraut sitting outside in the heat at Costco. Though that may not actually be the truth. To this day, I still happily get the polish sausage/coke combo, but I have not eaten sauerkraut from anywhere since that day.

Yes they do. Even when I was living in New York a few years back, everytime my ex and I went to Costco, I would get a Chicken Bake and a slice of pizza for dinner. Of course the local pizza joints on every corner were better, Costco pizza is definitely good. And consistent. It tastes exactly like the Costco pizza in CA.

I have never eaten at either place. I know there is a Popeye's off #50 and Zinfandel, but I never got that far west [from Placerville] when I had time to drop in for a bite. Never even seen a What-a-Burger place.

In-n-Out is supposed to be opening a string of locations down in Tennessee. I definitely like them, but I personally like 5 Guys a lot better. The only burger places around us here, that I know of so far, are Wendy's / McD's / Burger King / Hardee's.
