Fenders and bumper were not plasti dipped, it was the cheap redneck way and i sprayed undercoating on there. :)

Tires, weren't the best, but they were not the worse. I think i mainly attribute the light rear end with stiff springs that caused me to break loose. Next truck might have a pipe bumper filled with concrete :).

the dog, is a 20lb. terrier mix (mutt). He's lived through a motorcycle accident with me and now the truck. Best damn dog i've ever had, and he still likes me go figure. Truly, man's best friend.

Unfortunately, i was demanding more of my Taco than it could handle at this point in my life and i can only afford one vehicle. So, i'm buying a 2000 dodge 2500 with the 5.9 cummins. Cheaper payment so i can save up and buy me a 1st generation solid axle and build it up for more fun in the woods.

That's funny, waste money on a dog.

Hey give me a shout, I have a cousin who is great with body work. I've seen him fix worse.

    Glad you're ok.

And I thought my roll over was bad. That truck hardly looks like a truck anymore. I'm glad you and your dog are OK. My truck only rolled 2 1/4 times. By your pictures it looks like your truck rolled many more times than that.

Glad you and the dog are well. I had same kind of experience - on a freshly wet road rear went light on the pavement (I think lost traction for a split second after hitting a bump) and started passing me on the left, burying front wheels in the soft dirt and proceeding with about 3x roll down a ravine. I've made same kind of conclusions as you did - rear suspension performance can be very treacherous.

    I don't post here much.

But had to in this thread.

OP, you are a blessed young man. as is your pup.

I too rolled a vehicle when I was young (19). Now I'm older (52) and shutter at the thought.

    Prayers sent your way.
