Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
I'll never use Safelite again. Broke my rearview mirror, misaligned the seal (no leaks, but looks like crap), left a mess from the old sealant all over the dash/floor/seats. No thanks. They used to be pretty good, years ago. Now? Not so much. And this was after waiting a week for an appointment.

I had safelite repair a rockchip that was in driver sightline view. It was a bullseye pinhole type rock-chip..perfect for pumping in the epoxy resin for repair. Well, their 'advanced' repair process left me with a permanently visible pinhole rockchip, and I'm sure they got their $75 from my insurance company for their 5 minutes subpar monkey work. (reminds, I need to write up a millennial-style Yelp complaint about these guys too). I'll never go to these guys ever again, and will seek out someone more competent.

After that, I personally repaired two rock chips on my wife's car with that Rain-X professional repair kit...I pulled off optically perfect repairs for both of them.

I had a terrible experience that I attribute more to the local Safelite location than the business itself.

Tech dented my roof by leaning on it. The manager tried to tell me the dent was preexisting and refused to do anything about it.

On top of that, the new windshield wasn't sealed properly and had a nasty howl on the highway. They did replace it again and got it right the second time.

    Now for the good......

I made one call to Safelite corp and they agreed to pay for the dent repair at the shop of my choice. They were very professional and courteous. For this reason, I would use the company again, just not the same location.

Most Pick-A-Part locations have a guy in their parking lot that does windshield installation. They get the windshield from the yard so it is typically OEM glass. I've never used them but it is another option you may want to check out.
