A couple weeks ago i bough a 2018 trd pro. I just noticed the driver's side of the hood is lower by about 1/4 inch while the passenger side is ligned up perfectly with the fender. The sagging looks to be the same from the leading edge to the trailing edge of the driver's side of the hood. Is there a simple adjustment that can be done? I suspect it was like this when I bought it but I didn't notice it until now.

There's two plastic mounts the hood sits on. Give it a little twist. Should line it right up.

Twisted as far out as I could and it didn't fix it. The hood is also lower at the rear where the hinge is. I can't imagine the black rubbery twisty this g would help raise the rear of the hood. Am I missing something?

Gotcha. I assumed the front of the hood. I would take it into the dealership to align. I understand they're a little tricky.

My 18 was delivered with exactly the same issue. Between this and the rear bumper alignment issue that many 18's have, it seems like a automation issue and a quality control issue. I could fix it but going to have the dealer do it on my first visit.

I can only hope they don't charge me for it.

They won't, covered under warranty, and if you throw some "this is unacceptable on a new truck" might get a discount on accessories, etc.
