I would think you would want the extended length ones , or just get the OME shocks which were designed to be paired with the Dakars

884 coils will get you 2" up front with a DC

The front OME shocks are the Nitrocharger 90000's , the rears are the N182's

I just replaced the springs and shocks in my 2005, 2wd, double cab, long bed. From Craigslist I sourced from a 2012 TRD fwd, dbl cab, long bed, rear springs and front and rear Bilstien shocks ($250). These four leaf springs are different again than the TSB four leaf set with wide anti sqeek blocks. The leafs are not nested against one another.
My 2005 had 16mm diameter coil springs. I tried the 18mm front coils from the 2012 but did not like the hard ride so I refit the 2005 16 mm springs to the 2012 Bilstiens up front and the 2012 Bilstiens in the rear. I got the alignment checked per the TSB and no adjustment was require.
This weekend was the test and I am giddy with the result. I didn't want a lift. The handling with full fuel, five passengers and about 1200 lbs in the bed is just excellent. The 16 mm front springs are soft and allow a long stroke and he Bilstiens have significantly better compression and rebound damping.
The rear springs provide a higher ride height and are stiffer (but not at all uncomfortable). When loaded, the springs don't bump, the body roll control is much better and that's from the better compression and rebound damping from the Bilstiens. Loaded and offroad its good and winding down a twisty, bumpy paved road it is very good. Don't expect the soft Camry ride if you use your truck as a grocery getter. But for hauling a mountain of camping gear or your and your mates dirtbike and driving fast on roads with corners, it all comes together very very well.
