    Kaizen SUCKS! They claim it stands for Continuous Improvement and that is the BS they tell the outside world. From the Inside the Continuous Improvement does not mean making a better product, its all about reducing Cycle Time and Eliminating Parts.

    Toyota benefited a lot more than GM did. I highly doubt they increased efficiency that much more by bringing in Toyota. At that point they were already producing cars for like 50 years. It may have helped them in the small 4 cylinder market.
