2000 Tacoma SST

I recently aquires a 2000 Tacoma SST with 47k miles. Everything is good except for the loss of power while accelerating. Truck belonged on my Mom until she couldn't drive anymore, so I figure I would freshen it up with a paint job and make it a daily driver.
So far I replace air filter, plugs wires, egr valve and fuel filter. Just tryin to figure out what the issue is before sending it to a shop.
