Who all is a victim of the new Note 7?
Does any know if they will be making another one?
I just might make the jump to the Dark Side and go IPhone 7 plus

They'll make a Note 8 I'm sure, but no more production of the 7. You could try the S7 Edge, I think that's the closest thing to a Note 7 at the moment

Lot's of speculation by Android enthusiast sites for the Note 8. I'm interested to see what happens. I've been looking at the Google pixel XL. Note size, Google reliability.

I'm so upset with the whole Note 7 debacle. I was about to upgrade. My gf upgraded the day it came out. She went 3 years with her Note 3! She doesn't want to give the phone up. I don't blame her. It's a damn good phone. Lol

Are you kidding me? No phone is worth setting yourself on fire for.

I bet her pockets would disagree with her keeping it. Since they're offering a full refund it's totally worth looking into other brands. My buddy got a full refund and bought a OnePlus 3 and pocked the extra cash and still got a new phone. hahaha

She's going to turn it in. Lol. My point is that she went 3 years with the Note 3 and finally decided to upgrade when the 7 was announced only to have it taken away and now she's going to be stuck with an upgrade she really doesn't want. Unless carriers will be allowing early upgrades at no charge when something new, S8 or Note 8, gets released?

I have Sprint and I bought my phone through Best Buy with a 2 year contract, well I went to see what my options where and they said that I can’t keep my 2 year contract and would have to lease or buy a phone at full price. So I decided to go online and chat with Sprint and they said my 2 year contract will remain intact

    iPhone FTW.
I flew recently and they asked the Galaxy Note 7's not be turned on for the duration of the flight, I thought that was interesting.

BTW why is this in the 2nd Gen section,

Why not buy the Google pixel or nexus 6? The one plus 3 is a top end phone to.

I wish I could remember where I read it but I'm pretty sure I read that samsung might actually cancel the note series completely. As for switching to apple, I was a diehard android guy since the very early days, I had several HTC's and rooted every phone i ever owned. Last year I switched to an iphone 6 plus and now I have the 7+ and I don't think I'll ever go back to android. Apple is really good if you give it a chance.
