    1) I'm checking to make sure my downwash is spreading the pollen correctly from the male to the female rows and correcting forward or backwards along the male row to account for wind drift.

    2) It was over 100*F and those helicopters do not have A/C, so it provides a nice breeze.

    3) Because I can :D


    I also make a few turns backwards to protect my tail rotor from the fence, power lines, and various pipes and poles sticking out of the ground.

    That's hella low. Pretty awesome stuff. "Props" to you. You pretty much have my dream job. One of my regrets is not taking an aviation path in the Coast Guard.

    That would have been really cool to do, I'm sure. In my opinion, the Coast Guard has the best helicopter aviation program.

    Iirc the 2wds had issues only when the masses stopped and prevented forward momentum.
