    Not much this weekend, there is some discussion for a trial ride day in the not too distant future. The TTC thread has different events going on, believe Hidden falls is this weekend, and of coarse the SPI run is coming up soon. Got to wire up my daughters house Saturday and then mow my yard...

    They bought a 14'x40' shed, they are on family land. They have been converting it to a house, so basically whole house, time to energize that thing. Got the conduit and wire installed last weekend to the disconnect, ran into issues at the house breaker panel, but have that resolved now so I will be able to move forward tomorrow.

    I’m not a home inspector (yet, only a few more test to take) but if you’d like I could help out/“not inspect” it for ya. I should be free all day Saturday and could use a reason to get out of the house. Been home a month being a new Dad!

    If you want to come out, could always use an extra hand. Would want to talk to you about the home inspector part as well as I have been considering that for some time, won't always be with the City, getting closer to retirement. I mainly going to work on it in the morning hours, until noonish, then got to go meet another member to deliver the bed rack.


    Oh, and in the county so don't need to worry about inspections...

    It’s been a long road. Texas as the strictest rules as far as home inspectors go. And nobody needs an inspection until the go to buy a house. And even then it’s never required (unless by the bank you go through).
    Plus it helps me get more “inspections” under my belt. Looking to have my business up and running by the end of the year.
