So I removed the OEM bearing and installed a bushing from ECGS. Takeoff vibes greatly reduced.

Welcome back @LostHusker glad yall made it safely back

 

Front passenger cv axle bearing inside differential going out. Causing vibrations on takeoff.
-Shown on right in photo below.

Replaced with ECGS bushing.
-shown on left in photo below.



Take apart driverside front suspension.
-remove tire
-remove spacer if equipped
-remove dust cap
-remove cotter key 35mm nut
-hit cv axle shaft with hammer. HARD.
-unbolt spindle/hub from lca 19mm bolt x2
-pull spindle/hub to side and secure
-remove cv axle from diff (methods may vary)
-remove old axle seal
-remove old bearing
-install new bushing
-install new axle seal
-reinstall cv axle
-retorque 35mm nut to 173ft-lbs
-set cotter key
-bolt spindle/hub to lca
-reinstall dust cap
-remount spacer
-mount wheel

 

Ya it was a good trip man, will post up pics later on, was busy loading them up in the spi thread.
