    Just inexperience and its killing us. Our main gyro crusher is down, they ripped a $250K belt, so they were running on the old jaw crusher and was getting high temps on the inboard toggle bearing. So they shut it down and called me, grabbed my temp guns and fired it up, all bearings looked good, just a bad RTD, had the sparkys change it out. You would think they would check these things. All they want to do is operate and push buttons.
