    Yeah our HOA pretty much is non existent don't even know what we pay them for, this ain't the only house in our neighborhood either. At least I live on a corner lot so I only have to deal with one neighbor

    We have the threat of that as an HOA. As President, I can have someone’s yard mowed and the cost of that added to their fees, plus a fee for having to do it. What makes me the happiest HOA President in the world is that we’ve never had to do that in the 5 years of our community.
