Yep, save up for your dream suspension, but once cry once. It would have saved me a lot of time and money doing it the way I dreamed of the first time instead of trying to making a compromise.

Well, best of luck and thank you sir. You are fun to have around, and take good pix! But I gotta ask a dumb question:
If they want qualified pilots back, why the heck the recruiters NOT are all over you? They only get a commission on new ones?
Being the military, I doubt you can say "I will come back for a 50% raise", but I always say you have to pay for experience!

Recruiters don't get any incentives for Warrant Officers. Warrants don't count for their recruitment goals either. So it's more work for them without reward and with fewer and fewer millennials and gen z enlisting they don't want to "waste" any time on Warrants.

The Army wants it that way. They want Warrant Officer applicants to do the entire process on their own. The recruiters only job is to submit the paperwork.

However, I'm prior service. I will require a medical waiver for a few things from the Marine Corps. Only a recruiter can initiate that.
