I have too many myself.

 

It's not hard to do with them. I was into RC 2005-2008 when HPI put out the first Savage SS, long before the Revo. I broke, snapped, blew up and then upgraded pretty much every part on that thing. But it was fast and it was fun and it would go anywhere. Don't think I ever won a race but I had lot of fun.

 

I have hpi rustler and the ae sc8 did you know both of thosr companys are out of business now

 

Hpi went out of business 2 years ago but the guy who designed them went to work for another company there trucks look cheap but there not

 

I did not know that. Sucks.

I have an HPI Nitro MT2 collecting dust in my garage. Blew the front diff and kinda gave up looking for new spider gears.

 

I'll ask my friend he's still doing it he has the connection to replacement parts

 

Well if I come across another Savage SS new in the box I'll be sure to pick it up. Guarantee I can still put the whole thing together without looking at the instructions. Did it so many times it's burned into my memory for life.

 

My friend has 3 when he heard they were going out of business he bought them one is nitro the other 2 are electric

 

I shouldn't, I don't need any more stuff. I need to get rid of like half of it.

 

I only ever did Nitro. The smell of the smoke, the sound of the exhaust, getting the carb tuned juuuuust right. Fun stuff.

But i gota wait till the 2nd of Feb to get them installed I gota take those cheap ass nfab steps off clean them.up try to sell them

 

I can't recall, weld on our bolt on?

 

I got the weld on kit in Dom tubing cause I'm.going to wheel da fawk out of my taco when I'm done

 

If they had square main tube in stock I would of got that but that's another 4 week wait

They definitely bring some piece of mind on trails

And in parking lots. I need to touch up the bed liner on mine. No one ever sees the sliders until their door hits em. Some people have opened their door so fast it hit the sliders hard enough to set off my alarm

 

How long have you been modding your taco it looks like a fully built machine
